First of all, Great Ending.
One of the greatest ending of all time, loved how Jimmy was playing dead on the table and we saw 2or 3 of those bar scenes where you see they celebrate a dead police officer in the bar. Loved how they made it special at the same time funny too.
Loved the ending where Marlo wanted to taste the street again like many others before him.

The show had its downs in a few episodes but mostly its up that kept rising. The more you go on, the more you get involved in the show, the show just evolves around characters and is not afraid to lose some of its favorite characters for the sake of the show.
In a season, we could just go on without the main police officers in the scene but it didn’t mean that it wasn’t going to deliver what we expected from the show.
Loved how they draw politics there, made the few last seasons more interesting.

Cast and directing was amazing as expected. And don’t forget the show intro song! Amazing job with the same song singed by different singers and different music. I don’t know if it was the first time it was used like that but definitely first for me.
And the five minutes that finished the show, when jimmy stands over his car with larry in the car. Besides the highway and we see everything go back to what they were when the first season started.
At the beginning of every episode, we see a quote that later will be said by a character in that episode, so here is mine!
The Show Ends But The Game Is The Game.
I'll keep this short, and no spoilers, as always.

The wire TV HBO Drama |
I recently rewatched this little gem for the third time since its released 20 years ago, and even though I know pretty much all of the plot points by heart, I never regret coming back to spend some more time with our friends in Baltimore. Over the years, PoPo from all over the country/world have repeatedly stated that The Wire is one of the most accurate police procedural/dramas ever made. Believe it or not, I've come across more than a few people over the years that actually thought that it was boring for exactly that reason. I disagree, wholeheartedly. I think it's wonderful, and almost every single plot point had me glued to the screen for each episode's entire run time.
Long story short-ish, there's a reason that people always put The Wire up there with The Sopranos and Breaking Bad in lists of the greatest TV series of all time. It deserves every compliment and accolade it's ever received, 100%. It is unreservedly a 10/5 star series, and if you never gave it a chance, or even haven't heard of it until now, boy are you in for a ride!
Besides the opening title song (for the first two seasons) the there’s only one bad thing about watching this show. Once it’s over there’s nothing that is as good. A look at the war on drugs from all different perspectives in urban Baltimore this show was way ahead of its time. Everything about the show is amazing, it may start a bit slow as the viewer gets to know the characters but it definitely won’t disappoint. I won’t talk about specifics like other reviewers do because people who read reviews don’t want to read the script of the show they want to know if it’s worth watching. If you like gangsta movies, police dramas, crime dramas, or don’t really have a specific taste in genre but just like good television this will tickle your fancy. I also watched David Simons other HBO drama ‘The Deuce’ which has a lot of the same cast as ‘The Wire’. I went in a little weary because I didn’t think it would be even close to as good as it’s predecessor but I was wrong. I think it’s equally as good in its own way and the costs must have been astronomical with the great cast and the amazing sets. Highly recommend both of them for binge watching but they’re both addictive.
